Sleeps 27 - Lake Cabin, bring your boat and pets, hot tub

Our group of 20 enjoyed 3 nights at this property with great lake views & beach access. Kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of space and parking - great for a large group. Fantastic weather helped make it memorable.That said, a few things to note: property borders a busy street, making that side unfit for young kids but there is a fence. The upper & lower levels connect via an unfinished basement where we unfortunately found standing water in some areas. There’s an 8-foot-deep hole in the basement, covered by unsecured boards, which poses a safety risk. Adding doors or barriers would help limit hazards. Two downstairs “bedrooms” have no windows, causing poor ventilation & a strong musty smell. This raises concerns about their 7 BR advertising! We also had amenity issues: The downstairs oven was unusable due to accumulated spills & burnt food left by previous guests, which caused smoke when turned on. The hot tub was dirty with sand & mold on the cover, so we didn’t use it. The propane for both grills was empty despite previous confirmation that those are ready for use. Communication with the property mgr was disappointing. We reported cleanliness issues along with photos, but requests were dismissed. The mgr suggested we clean the items ourselves; he didn acknowledge the oven issue and downplayed our concerns. Paying over 5K for 3 nights this is not what we expected. We hope this feedback helps future guests. We won' be back but hope it helps the owners improve the rental.

House was great and had everything we needed. Very clean, comfortable and no issues.

We had an amazing time, the house is great for family gatherings or girls weekend. The house is everything the picture show especially the size. House was very clean and had lots of extra things, such as spices and ziplock games and stuff on bathrooms that would easily forgotten at home.. Great location to Siren. Host were prompt on message. We will definitely go back.
